LOST AND FOUND
Anything brought to camp is with the understanding that any items left in camp, at trip locations, or on the bus after camp ends will be considered part of camp tuition and will not be returned.
CAMP AUTHORIZATION
In the event that I, or any of the above-listed contacts, cannot be reached in case of an emergency, illness, or injury, I authorize Avraham Schwab, The Chaburah staff, or others acting under their direction, as well as the doctor or hospital to which my child may be brought (and whomever they designate as assistants), to perform emergency procedures or operations, administer treatments or injections, and give anesthesia if necessary. I also authorize them, at their discretion, to provide basic medical care, including administering pain relievers such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By completing and signing this application, I acknowledge that my child(ren) may participate in any camp activity, including but not limited to land sports, waterfront activities, indoor activities, hiking, and cookouts. I understand and accept the inherent risks involved in these activities and agree to hold the camp harmless in the event of injury, property damage, or loss resulting from participation. I also agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the camp application, information directory, and by the camp administration.
TRIP PERMISSION
By completing and signing this application, I authorize Camp Chaburah/Chaburahs BH to take my child(ren) off campgrounds for trips organized as part of the camping program. These trips may include swimming or boating sites, hiking areas, and water parks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A $250 non-refundable registration fee is due upon receipt of the application.
Cancellations made after March 1, will be charged 50% of the full camp fee.
Cancellations made after June 1, will be charged the full camp fee.
