TERMS & CONDITIONS

LOST AND FOUND

The camp will try to return anything left in camp. However, any personal articles left in camp or on the bus after camp is over, will belong to the camp and be considered part of camp tuition.


CAMP AUTHORIZATION

In the event that I and all of the above cannot be reached and in case of emergency, illness or injury, I hereby authorize, Avraham Schwab, The Chaburah, or others acting under their direction or the doctor or hospital to which my child may be brought (and whomever they may designate as their assistants), to perform an emergency procedure or operation, give treatment injections and administer an anesthetic to my child. In addition I authorize the above mentioned to provide at their discretion, basic medical care including administering painkillers such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen.


WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By completing/signing this application I hereby agree that my child(ren) may participate in any activity organized by camp, including but not limited to land sports, waterfront activities, indoor activities, hiking, cookouts, etc. and I assume the inherent risk of such activities and camp programs. I will hold camp harmless in the event of injury or property damage or loss as a result of such activities. I also agree to abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in the camp applications, in the directory of information and by the camp administration.


TRIP PERMISSION

By completing/signing this application, I hereby authorize Camp Chaburah/Chaburahs BH to take my child(ren) off camp grounds to go on trips organized as part of the camping program. This may include swimming and/or boating sites, hiking, water parks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon receipt of application $250 non refundable registration fee is due.
After March 1, 50% of full camp fee is owed.
After June 1 full camp fee is owed.

CAMP PELAH

  • Camp Pelah (Primary-Fourth grade) runs from Thursday, July 24th through Wednesday, August 20th.
  • Cost of Camp Pelah is $1095. This includes lunch as well as all trips.

Camp HAFLA

  • Camp HAFLA (5th and 6th grade) runs from Thursday, Thursday, July 24th through Wednesday, August 20th.
  • Cost of Camp HAFLA is $1395. This includes lunch as well as all trips including the overnight trip

MECHINA DIVISION

  • Dates for The Mechina Division (7th and 8th grade) are Thursday, July 24th through Wednesday, August 20th.
  • Cost of Camp Chaburah Mechina division is $1495. This includes lunch as well as all trips including the overnight trip

Submitting the application is not a guarantee of acceptance and in the event, the camp cannot accommodate your son the deposit will be refunded.
